Not only are hummingbirds are a symbol of good luck, but they are pretty amazing!
They are the only birds on the planet that can fly backwards, and the only ones that can hover for such long periods of time because of their ability to move their wings in a figure-of-eight pattern.

This particular hummingbird was carved out of wax, then cast in sterling silver in our Georgetown workshop.
